VOUCHER PASS SYSTEM
Valid from 01 December 2006 until 31 July 2007

Sense of Africa developed the innovative Free & Easy accommodation voucher pass system, with the explicit aim of offering the independent traveler to Namibia the maximum flexibility and financial savings possible. As we proceed we will continuously develop and improve on the product. The Free & Easy voucher pass system allows clients to explore the country and their leisure with no fixed itineraries. With Free & Easy vouchers, clients can select from a range of quality stopovers from hotels to guest houses, pensions and lodges. All accommodation includes en-suite facilities with meals as extras.

How does Free & Easy work:
During the planning stage, clients decide how many vouchers they require, bearing in mind that each voucher is based on a per room, per night basis. All vouchers are common rated. Any extras required by the clients, such as meals, drinks and activities, clients pay the costs directly to the accommodation provider.

As an added service, Sense of Africa can pre-book the first night’s accommodation at the point of entry (Windhoek) giving clients time to relax from their long flight without having to secure the first night’s accommodation from the airport. Please note that this service is not applicable to National Parks accommodation.

From the second day, clients can book accommodation between 24 and 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival at Free & Easy selected accommodation options. There are no minimum or maximum stay restrictions, therefore depending on availability, clients may choose the duration of their stay at the selected accommodation provider.

What is included?
The original vouchers and comprehensive Free & Easy documentation (containing descriptions and contact details for each property) will be delivered on arrival at Windhoek Airport by a Sense of Africa representative. Clients also receive the Sense of Africa Duty contact details to ensure complete peace of mind for the duration of their stay.

Payment
Credit cards will be requested by the property at time of booking as a room guarantee. On arrival at the selected accommodation, the original voucher (per room per night) must be handed over to the establishment. All extras including meals, extra beds, drinks and items of a personal nature must be settled direct with the establishment on departure. Once child sharing with an adult will be charged the adult price, however, child policies vary from property to property. The availability of family rooms are limited and must be confirmed with each individual establishment and surcharges are payable direct.

Amendments & Cancellations
If the pre-booked first night’s stay is amended after confirmation, and administration fee of N$100 will be levied. A 100% cancellation fee applies for no-shows. Unused, original, open-dated vouchers are refundable at the place of purchase only and are subject to an administrative fee of N$500.00 net per refunding transaction. Lost vouchers are non refundable.
